Skaos definitely belong to world´s best bands with regard to contemporary Ska. There is hardly any other band that sounds so fresh and prisine on their fourth album.
With Porno 75 the "Invicible Seven" damn sure recorded one hell of a wicked longplayer, that offers with 15 songs almost one hour groovy ska, which make your body want to dance from the first till the last note. That certainly is due to that fact that a few songs have been part of the live-repertoire since a while and therefore successfully passed the baptism of fire on stage. Skaos saved their typical style that is all times characterized by a wide variety of arrangements and powerful brass section passages, but also by using stylistic elements from South America, the swing or hard punk-guitars. In addition there is an ingenious new arrangment of the Skaos classic "South African Struggle" and an amusing cover version of the Louis Prima hit "Cucuzza".
